Stefan started his Wentworth journey in 2015 as Assistant Greenkeeper on the East Course moving through the ranks over the next six years to become Head Greenkeeper on the West Course in 2021. In 2024 Stefan was promoted to Deputy Courses Manager, West & Academy.

Sian George
Senior Golf Professional
As an amateur golfer, Sian George represented Gloucestershire County, Birmingham University and England. She was crowned English Mid-Amateur Champion and became R&A Scholar’s Champion at St Andrews. Sian is a PGA Accredited Golf Psychology Coach and has over 10 years of experience as a PGA Professional.
As a Senior Golf Professional at Wentworth, Sian supports the Junior and Ladies sections of the Club, alongside looking after the Wentworth Foundation’s Scholars with their development. Sian has been passionately coaching our Members for over seven years, helping them gain more knowledge about their game to enhance their performance, whether that be off or on the course.
