Former co-owner and CEO of Malta based Island HotelsGroup Holdings plc, Winston was instrumental in the development and growth of the group which had an annual turnover of 60 million Euros and employed over 1,500 team members.
In 2009 he took the group public and subsequently managed its sale to International Hotel Investments (IHII) plc in 2015 where he remained on as Managing Director for Malta and Spain for IHI plc for two years.
Joined GG Hospitality Management on 2018 to spearheada company restructuring process and lead the growth ofthe company in the years ahead.
In 2019 invested in the Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester.
2022 Founded TROO Hospitality with Millemont Capital Partners.
